Do I need Brand Registry to use A+ content?+
Yes. A+ content requires Amazon Brand Registry enrollment. If you are not yet enrolled, we can guide you through the process — it typically takes one to two weeks once your trademark is confirmed.
What is the difference between A+ content and Premium A+ content?+
Standard A+ content is available to all Brand Registry members. Premium A+ content (also called A++ content) includes additional module types including video, hotspot images, and carousel modules. It is available to brands that meet Amazon’s eligibility thresholds. We assess which type you qualify for in the audit.
How long does A+ content design take?+
A full A+ content design for one ASIN typically takes two to three weeks from brief to submission — one week for design, one for revision and approval, and up to a week for Amazon’s review and approval process.
Can you use our existing photography?+
Yes. We work with your existing photography first. If the photography has gaps — missing lifestyle shots, wrong angles for specific modules, or image quality issues — we brief exactly what is needed and can connect you with photography resources if required.
