Founded five years ago, One Spring set out to redefine everyday skincare with effective, affordable products rooted in clean beauty. The brand’s mission is to help people feel confident and cared for with simple, nourishing skincare essentials. One of its hero products, the Under Eye Patches, quickly gained popularity in international markets—but faced unique challenges breaking into the competitive Amazon US marketplace.

Despite the product’s strong potential—targeting concerns like puffiness, dark circles, and tired eyes—it wasn’t gaining the traction it deserved. That’s when One Spring partnered with our team to build a strategic Amazon presence focused on product performance, brand clarity, and customer trust.

Challenges

Catalog Management

The listing for the under eye patches lacked proper structure. Parent-child relationships were missing, and the product was sometimes listed in irrelevant or incorrect categories, reducing visibility.

Low Conversion Rate
