Founded five years ago, Love in Faith began with a mission to design meaningful everyday essentials that reflect positivity, faith, and comfort. From tees and jackets to sweatshirts, home goods, and stationery, the brand focuses on creating products that inspire and connect with people on a personal level.
While the collections were gaining traction on social media, breaking into the competitive Amazon marketplace came with unique challenges. To grow sales and visibility, Love in Faith partnered with our team to build a clear Amazon strategy focused on brand identity, customer trust, and performance-driven results.
The catalog lacked proper structuring. Variations between tees, jackets, and sweatshirts weren’t linked as parent-child listings. Some items were placed in the wrong subcategories, making them harder for customers to find.
Even though the designs were appealing and affordable, listings didn’t clearly showcase the message behind the products. The emotional connection that made Love in Faith special wasn’t being communicated effectively.
The original product images and copy didn’t tell a story. Customers couldn’t visualize how these tees, jackets, and home goods fit into their daily lives. Lifestyle shots, brand messaging, and emotional appeal were missing.
There was little structure in PPC campaigns. Ads weren’t targeting the right keywords, leading to higher spend but fewer results. Competitor ads often appeared on Love in Faith’s product pages, diverting potential buyers.
Certain SKUs were slow-moving, while popular products went out of stock quickly. This imbalance created risks for account health and inventory performance.
To unlock growth, we designed a multi-step strategy focused on catalog optimization, creative design, advertising, and inventory management.
